About Cusmore Simon

My name is Cusmore Simon. I currently work for a non-profit that provides services to individuals with a wide range of disabilities and has a huge community impact. I enjoy my job and plan to continue to be involved in this community. I also manage Simon Realty Solutions LLC, a company focused on providing solutions to distressed home owners and communities through creative real estate investment strategies.I’ve always been very passionate about real estate since a young age which brought me to starting Simon Realty Solutions LLC. I decided to take action rather then continue watching from the sidelines. I worked hard to put my self in a position to be able to put forth the effort and resources that we all know is required to get started. My main focus is wholesaling and buy and hold multi-family rentals. I’m looking to network and work with other like minded investors. Real estate is so dynamic I love hearing how others have been able to make it work for them. So if your looking for your next deal, partner, or to discuss real estate in general Let’s Connect!
