I come to strategy with a Ph.D. in U.S. Cultural History and a sharp eye for how people, power, and place shape outcomes. My background in higher ed and my study of the past taught me how systems work, how influence flows, how communities evolve, and how culture shapes behavior. That lens still guides me today as I help build companies that are grounded, profitable, and built to last. At White Sands Investment Partners, I lead strategic planning across our portfolio of boutique hotels, vacation rentals, and restaurants along Florida’s Forgotten Coast. I focus on connecting the dots between guest behavior, market trends, and operational execution—always looking for the edge that turns a good business into a great one. I believe strategy lives in the details: how you price, how you communicate, how you respond. It’s about clarity and follow-through, about thoughtful design and the ability to adapt over time.
