About Cutler Thayer

I am a recent graduate from Iowa State University with my Bachelors in Computer Engineering. I have had many different experiences that have allowed me to learn and grow in many ways as a Software Engineer. During my many experiences with The Back Office LLC, Emerson, and Source Allies I have developed many skills that are useful in Software Engineering. I have had many experiences learning how to be a proficient frontend developer. As a result of these experiences I have learned to use frontend frameworks like React and Vue to make development easier. In addition I have learned to work as a backend developer working with API frameworks like Spring Boot and.NET. With these many experiences I would be a great Software Engineer for any company. Being able to learn new skills quickly and utilize them is what brings me joy as an engineer. Learning languages like Python, C, Rust in my free time to learn more about software engineering helps to drive my passion even more. For these reasons I believe that I would make an excellent Software Engineer.
