About Cyanne King

I'm an experienced and people-focused HR professional who’s passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel supported, respected, and set up for success. Currently, I’m working as a Senior HR Generalist/Recruiter at Kindering, where I support 270+ staff members across multiple campuses. I handle everything from leave management, ADA accommodations and employee relations, to full-cycle recruiting, compliance, and onboarding. Basically, I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our teams can focus on their work.Over the years, I’ve worked in nonprofit, union, and corporate settings, building strong relationships with employees and leaders alike. Whether it’s implementing new HR systems, navigating complex leave laws, or planning events to boost morale, I love the variety that comes with working in HR. I’m always learning, always listening, and always looking for ways to make the employee experience better.
