About Cyd Debol

Cyd Debol has been with Swisher Commercial since 2002, initially as its Office Operations Manager and currently Director of Operations. She acquired her Realtor® license in 2004. Cyd steers the Swisher team in a progressive direction through social media implementation, technology innovations and top of mind marketing. She has a vision for keeping abreast of technology advancements, agent/broker education, and effective marketing and branding. Over the past 30 years, she has implemented administrative, marketing, accounting, technology, human resource and operational systems in the capacity of a manager/officer/shareholder and has an extensive background in sales/sales management and all facets of operations. Cyd provides a diverse knowledge and experience base in the fields of commercial real estate and building service contracting. In October of 2014, Cyd was elected to serve as director on the Commercial Board of Realtors - Michigan (CBOR). She was appointed to the Executive Board as Treasurer (2016 - 2022) and further contributed to the CBOR membership by chairing the Commercial Property Information Exchange (CPIX) Committee and served on the Investment and Marketing task force. Appointed in 2018, Cyd also represented CBOR on the Michigan Realtors Association (MR) Board of Directors (2018-2021).
