What do I love about problems? Solutions. Especially when it seems like there isn’t one. I am passionate about bringing order to chaos, and smiles to the disgruntled. Hi everyone! My name is Cydney, and I love all things people & all things tech. I have over 5 successful years of Customer Support, Administration, and Operations. I have helped maximize company value & sustainability through my magnetic interpersonal skills, knack for detail, and drive to “see it through”. “Customer Success” and “problem solving” are far more than job titles and skill sets for me. These principles are intricately woven into the fibers and essence of who I am, as I come from a long line of Nurses, Therapists, Humanitarians, and Engineers. In my current role as a Patient Care Coordinator, I have helped over 1,500 patients all while overseeing two clinical providers out on the field. I have successfully transitioned my patients from the medical Intake stage, to scheduling their medical hearing test, to guiding patients through purchasing new hearing devices (which enhance their hearing for a better quality of life), to walking them through the rehab process, and helping ensure each patient is getting the best possible value by setting them up with weekly clinic visits, and staying on top of their next step. In addition to my love for Customer Support, I co-own a very fulfilling small business with my business partner and friend. We help teens and adults with Autism & Neurodiversity enhance their social skills and boost their confidence through the different principles of Improv.
