About Cynde Lowe

I have fourteen years of experience in grants administration and nonprofit management and development. My areas of expertise are in public health, health policy and management, pediatric care for children with special needs and at-risk populations. I hold a Master's degree in Public Health from Emory University and a Master's in Public Administration from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Specialties: Federal regulations and OMB compliance, Uniform Guidance, Grants Management for research, training contracts and cooperative agreements, grant writing and editing, budget development and financial compliance, project management, strategic planning, outcomes development and program evaluation strategies (logic model design) and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. In addition, I have knowledge of Humans Subjects protocols, IRB development and review, and post award training. I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area and work in higher education.
