In regard to Loebrich Contracting, customer satisfaction is my number one priority. My goal is to connect with the consumer in the community while promoting our company and its products as the best in the industry. I am committed to gaining referrals and repeat customers through my current marketing and customer service programs. All without the expense of costly TV and Print marketing campaigns. Our repeat and referral business thrives through our customer service programs which I promote daily. As for my time with the Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center my skills are varied. I research and supply official transcript requests and education verifications.I assign and track the school's FOBs for about 600 persons, I make the ID badges answer phones file send out letters and track test dates in excell format. I answer emails and set appointments. I work with Word Excell FB Twitter Instagram. I accept payment and issue receipts for various payments that occur here in the adult education office.
