I loved working as a supervisor to my team of 14 individuals. It gives me great satisfaction to see each individual succeed and use their abilities to not only preform to their full potential within their immediate role, but to strive to continue to learn and reach for all the possibilities. Within my role as a supervisor I preform hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals and disciplinary requirements. My role as a law clerk is near to my heart. I work in the personal injury field, where I assist clients to ensure they have the best care and assistance in their recovery. A few years ago, I was in an motor vehicle collision. Taking my own struggles in recovery and navigation of benefits allows me to be empathetic to our clients. I have experience in Medical and Dental insurance as a claims examiner that specialized in identifying, investigating and evaluating eligibility determinations based on claimant’s contracts. Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines. I have excellent customer service, and always strive to think outside the box to embrace change with creativity and a positive attitude.
