Highlights of my career…versatility and ability to adapt: though whether as a technical trainer or senior consultant/Training Lead, I was happy to assume the role of instructional designer when needed, along with filling a role as an implementation team member, when the need arose. I've been responsible for planning & organizing all client training activities, including curriculum, materials, documentation, scheduling and executing sessions. I've created usable materials and curriculum for Train the Trainer sessions and also led sessions, enabling clients to empower their own super users. I've worked as an onsite resource at multiple go-lives, providing support for users at central & remote sites. In addition, I've worked as a consultant throughout the entire utility billing software implementation at a client site located in the Caribbean, from conversion through to one year post go-live. I assisted with conversion issues, training, interface testing, and multi-currency mods (among others) for the CIS system installation. It included an entire ERP solution, though my main responsibility was the utility side and/or creating and running queries for other areas as needed.
