As a Program Manager at Temple Health – Temple University Health System, I am responsible for the strategic design, development, and delivery of leadership development programs across the entire Health System. With over 8 years of experience in Leadership and Organizational Development (L & OD), I have a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative, individualized, and effective solutions to increase organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. My core competencies include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programming, Change Management, Professional Coaching, Business Strategy consulting, People Management, Public Speaking, and Communications. I am also certified in Insights for Innovation, From Ideas to Action, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which enable me to facilitate creative and collaborative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
