About Cynthia Aspera

Cynthia has held a diverse and rewarding position throughout her professional career. A combination of site and corporate based roles, gaining experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Mining sector and State Government Infrastructure. The key to Cynthia obtaining greater knowledge, personal development and skills have come from working closely with different functional groups within the project. Collaborating with Delivery Lead, Contract Owner, Legal, Site/ Construction team, Technical Engineering team, Commercial Contracts team and project support function as well as interfacing with Contractors. Whilst Cynthia has had several roles and responsibilities in the past, Cynthia’s acquired skills are predominantly within Commercial Contracts, Tendering and Procurement, with her most recent experience of 3 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. Cynthia’s perpetual optimism carries through in her performances and achievements. The desire for continuous personal growth has been the aspiration and self-encouragement to embracing opportunities, challenges and to be able to demonstrate the qualities of leadership.
