About Cynthia Easter

My passion for real estate blossomed as a child poring over my grandfather’s house plans, mentally envisioning the lifestyles of the people moving through and living in the confines of the space. I completed initial studies in real estate in the 1980’s in Ohio but never found time to practice, instead honed my skills in marketing and sales. I made real estate my career in selling resort real estate in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I received a Broker’s license three years later and completed classes and requirements for the designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Accomplishments include representing buyers and sellers, real estate investment and project manager in renovations. Having been drawn to the shores of Southwest Florida for more than 30 years, I made a decision to establish residence in 2015. I joined Sellstate Priority Realty in Cape Coral, FL after receiving a Florida real estate license in 2016. I am familiar with the coastal communities from Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Pine Island, Sanibel/ Captiva Islands, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach/ Bonita Springs to Naples. My educational achievements include earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/ Sociology, a Bachelor of Professional Health Sciences, a Master of Science in Acupuncture, and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. I attribute my success to a combination of old fashioned hard work, professional integrity and leadership skills along with being a natural “people person”.
