As a UX-HCI Consultant and Researcher, I apply my expertise in sensory preference intelligence to design and build AI-enabled recommendation technologies for the retail and e-commerce sector. My platform leverages the science of human preference and the human decision to purchase, based on how products make customers feel. My mission is to enable true conversion rate optimization and customer satisfaction by understanding and matching customers' sensory preferences of fit, look, and feel to products. I have over 20 years of experience in developing and innovating human sensory preference technologies, using the cognitive sciences of psychology, AI, and neuroscience. I am the inventor of patent-pending Prefeye Sensory Preference Shopping Systems and Methods, which use AI and ML to elicit and interpret complex human behaviors into individual customer and product sensory preference intelligence. I have also conducted extensive research on massive retail product databases, mining product attributes, preference intelligence, and brand loyalty. I have strong technical skills in Java ETL, Node.js APIs, SQL, deep neural networks, SOLR query customization, cloud computing, and agile development methods.
