Dynamic senior leader passionate about the connection between the environment and human/ecosystem health. I aim to accelerate local to global progress towards achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals by improving watershed and land stewardship as well as access to open data for decision-making and reporting. With over a decade of experience advancing water, contaminated sites, and biodiversity programs in the public, private and non-profit sectors, I have: • Directed $20M+ in complex environmental programs, with up to 12 partners per project, • Scaled teams, achieving 150% annual growth while fostering a culture of inclusivity, • Supervised and mentored >40 professionals and students for success, • Served on and worked with 7 boards and steering committees, providing strategic direction, • Recognition as a thought leader advising parliament, published 13 papers with >550 citations, • Chaired and guided multi-stakeholder and rightsholder technical committees, strengthening scientific integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration in environmental monitoring. I am committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in leadership, championing over 20 activities since 2009, with a focus on the retention of equity seeking groups in science.*Posts are my own.
