My name is Cynthia Rose (Nee Morris). I have over 18 years’ experience in the psychological and counseling field. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Arizona and Florida. I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Connecticut and an Addiction Specialist ( Supervisor ability) with extensive experience which includes but not limited to: working with active and retired military personnel. Specializing in offenders of domestic violence, suicide prevention, substance abuse co-occurring conditions In addition, I am a certified DUI and Relapse Prevention instructor, EMDR Trained Therapist with experience as a program director and clinical supervisor in a Large Regional Community Mental Health Organization. I am license eligible in several states. I am an excellent candidate for a clinical supervisory or clinician role. I am experienced in management and counseling individuals, couples, families and groups with Co-Occurring conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting. I am career orientated, diligent, caring, empathetic and committed. In addition, I have international experience in providing clinical services. I have worked in an inpatient eating disorder and addiction center in California as well as outpatient facilities. I also have pre-doctoral clinical and research experience from the Anna Freud Centre in London where I specialized in infant through adolescent attachment. I am reliable, dependable and establish strong working relationships.
