Hi there! I'm Cynthia Stem, and I'm passionate about diving into the world of data analytics. Currently, I'm enrolled in an intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp sponsored by Microsoft and Springboard, where I'm honing my skills in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Pandas. With a diverse background in customer service, retail management, and photo production, I've cultivated a versatile skill set that includes troubleshooting challenges, implementing innovative solutions, and adapting to dynamic work environments. My journey has taken me from managing front desks in the hospitality industry to leading teams in retail settings and producing high-quality photo content. What excites me most about data analytics is the ability to uncover insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making. Whether it's analyzing sales data to identify trends or segmenting customers for targeted marketing, I thrive on turning data into actionable strategies. Outside of work, I love singing with my Internationally ranked Barbershop Harmony Society chorus, hiking in the beautiful landscapes of Pennsylvania, and spending quality time with my family.
