About Cyril Choukroun

As a site leader I've been able to participate of a full life cycle of a company as I was supervising the integration of the site (building, ERP, Infrastructure and methods) when Smith & Nephew acquired our company, manage the daily operation and then implement redundancy plan and finally transfert operations and close the site. As Project Manager in Medical devices company I was able to run multi site complex and international projects within highly demanding compliance area while still being deeply involved in technical aspect of validation from strategy to execution. Big background in automotive, as quality supplier or in manufacturing engineering, help me to have a deeper knowledge in job/position that are needed to support the project I lead now for french site or remotely for US based sister company.
