About Cyril Lebars

Graduate engineer from a "Grande Ecole", during more than 25 years in information systems I have been able to discover many organizations and many businesses, with a common thread around CRM and web client interfaces. My passions : delivering value to end users, while leading technical and functional teams. I started as a C++ developer with a software publisher, then joined an ESN and supervised technical or functional teams within companies from various sectors : utilities, automotive, etc. internet access, mobile telephony. Eighteen years ago, I joined the user side, the world of advertising and the media with Solocal (formerly PagesJaunes), where I had the chance to ensure the end-to-end implementation of the web client area, dedicated to French professionals. With the help of a team of up to 15 people, I was able to experiment with agile methods for more than 6 years before continuing the adventure in TMA mode and finally handing over the baton to a great transnational team at the end of 2019. Since 2020, I coordinate various transversal projects as PMO, dealing with heterogeneous teams, helping them converge and helping Solocal to deliver better services to their clients.
