He has led, influenced and coached individuals and teams in a variety of size, backgrounds, demographics and cultures. His proven organizational leadership, strategic planning and merchandising/buying/demand planning skills resulted in continuous positive sales growth and increased profit results during his career. Teamwork is one of Cyrus’s core values with focus on collaboration, communication, and detailed execution. Utilizing his key Maximizer, Strategic and Intuitive strengths, Cyrus is passionate about educating, influencing and motivating individuals and teams to accomplish their goals and achieve their results. Cyrus has travelled throughout the globe for his work: throughout Asia, India, Europe, Turkey, Central America, Mexico and Canada. He loves the opportunity to work with new teams, diverse cultures and experience different perspectives. Working in such diverse environments has broadened Cyrus's knowledge and skills, allowing him to adapt to new situations and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds. Cyrus is a life long entrepreneur and learner. He launched his Professional + Leadership Coaching business: C.E.co Coaching after completing his Certified Professional Coach training with the International Coach Academy (ICA). He is working towards his Professional Coach Credentials (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and anticipates getting his Associate Coach Credentials (ACC) later Summer / Fall 2023.
