I am a well-rounded Marketing and District Management Professional with excellent communication and relationship building skills. I have had the opportunity to work in all areas of the business, covering Operations, Regional Marketing, Training/Development and Purchasing. My Regional Marketing experience includes brand building, negotiating sponsorships, planning and executing activations and managing multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines. I'm passionate about community initiatives and programs that reinforce brand objectives. As a District Manager, my experience covers fashion, hardlines and QSR. I have a track record of meeting goals and driving sales while remaining Customer focused through building, coaching and developing strong performing teams. In the companies I have worked, the Operations team has been the hub. Usually working with multiple departments, different levels of management and personalities to achieve goals, drive sales and meet objectives.
