Published extensively in major international journals such as: Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Strategic Management Journal, Managerial and Decision Economics, European Journal of Operational research, Journal of Innovation and Management, etc, and authored 2 books, including the first (to my knowledge) eBook in marketing: Market Thinker, and have edited several books.
