Todd has co-founded six and sold four technology and media companies: NetProfit, sold to privately held Hales Allen in 1997 to form Studeo; Serus, sold to Netopia (Nasdaq: NTPA) in 1998; Studeo, merged with Smith Harrison Direct in to form Studeo Interactive Direct; TimeMarker, sold to Primeholdings (OTBCC: PRIM) in 2001; AffiliateCrew founded in 2003 and Miscellaneous Entertainment founded in 2008. In August of 2003, Todd led the acquisition of Irvine-based and former Saatchi & Saatchi agency Drummer Advertising. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Miscellaneous Entertainment. Todd was recognized as a finalist in the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” program and is a member of the vISpring Capital ‘05, ‘07, ‘08 vI100. In 2004 and 2005, Studeo was listed among the INC 500 fastest growing companies. Todd is a former President of the Utah Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). Todd holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese from Brigham Young University. He has also completed advanced executive education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
