Currently at SharkNinja, a rising leader in household products, I focus on growing the team's expertise in multidiscipline facets: industrial design, user experience design, CMF and visualization, evolving processes and practices, elevating design outcomes. I drive initiatives in developing visual and experience design languages, directing new product design innovation and development, and pioneering innovative product categories for business success and consumer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I've thrived in pioneering roles, adapting to constant change and challenges.
