I have graduated Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (economics and business administration). To gain additional knowledge in finance and law related to finance, I completed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme as well as Masters Law and Finance programme of Riga Graduate School of Law. I'm working at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis (IOS) since 2004. Before 2004 was employed by Merz Pharma GmbH & Co. KGaA. During the period of 2010 – 2012 while working at IOS I was a supervisory board member and the deputy of the head of the supervisory board at Pharma and Chemistry Competence Centre of Latvia, Ltd. Since 2015 I was a Management Committee board member of EU COST action BestPrac and in 2019 I joined EARMA Finance and Governance Committee.
