Looking after all (Press shop, Pipe Bending shop, Muffler assy, MIG, TIG & Robotic welding) production planning and organizing & to ensure 100% on time delivery to customer. • Take customer schedule on 25th of every month for next three months & to update requirements in SAP System. • To prepare monthly & daily production plan & to circulate concern persons well in Advance. • To prepare weekly & monthly planning of Raw Material (RM). • To prepare manpower plan as per cycle time data along with customer requirement. • Assessing project and resource requirements. • Determining quality control standards. • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping. • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. • Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers. • Developed and monitored layered process audit system for improvements and sustenance. • Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to. • Inventory monitoring and control, to maintain optimum level inventory - FG / SFG & RMMaterial. • To circulate daily dispatch plan to Logistic department & follow up with them for smooth dispatches. • Responsible for planning customer schedule / supplier schedule / bought out item schedule. • Well versed in SAP System (PP / MM & QM Module) – Integration of SAP System in NASH PunePlant • Certified as an internal auditor of IATF 16949:2016 • Participating in QCFI (Quality circle forum of India) – Present Kaizen theme & won gold trophy in Aug’22.
