Dadik Jayadi Sales Force Enablement Lead Dadik is SFE Lead (Sales Force Enablement) APAC market reporting directly to VP, Customer facing Enablement Lead and dotted line to Country Manager. As SFE Lead, Dadik is responsible to support all operations related with commercial team such as Incentive Compensation, Sales Force targeting, Sales force alignment, Call planning, Customer facing colleagues, virtual selling, Contract sales and Data stewardship/Reporting. He collaborates with other department in the market while keep align with the global Biopharma Operations Partner. Dadik works closely with Sales team in ensuring the effectiveness of Field Force operation. He provides data, design, analyze and give recommendation to support Sales management in making decision related with Field Force effectiveness and how to boost the sales performance. Not only with Sales team, Dadik and his team also collaborate with HR to improve First Line Manager & Sales manager capability and leadership. Dadik has been with Pfizer for 25 years. He joined in 1992 as Medical Reps. and promoted to Managerial positions in business and sales area (Medical Representative, District Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager, Field Force Effectiveness Manager), Global Commercial Operation Lead, Sales Force Enablement Lead until he holds his current position. His long experiences in Pfizer Indonesia has brought vast and wealth knowledge and insight which then enable him to view Pfizer from many angles and perspective. Dadik a graduate of Biology from Jember University and he’s a Continuous Improvement (CI) Green Belt Certified in Training. His many certified for training and course such as Business Leadership Program in Asian Institute Management (Philippines), Retail Strategy, Advance Transition for Leader of Leaders, Key Account Management T4T, Distribution Management System, Situational Leadership II Trainer certified, etc
