About Daein Park

Hi there, I'm Daein. I'm working as a Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat for OpenShift Container Platform(Kubernetes) and Managed services(OpenShift Dedicated and Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) with our global engineers and SREs. My main role is a troubleshooting for our customers, fixing bugs on the products. I also enjoy to contribute the Open Source communities. For your understanding on my current job, at Red Hat, our global team is consist of Technical Support Engineer to handle technical issues on the front and Software Maintenance Engineer to handle or fix the escalated critical issues by them on the backend. I keep moving forward in my career through various experiences.
