About Dael Sovchik

I began my personal training career in 2014, starting at Golds Gym, while pursuing my bachelor’s degree at The University of Akron studying Exercise Science specializing in Strength and Conditioning. I had the opportunity to intern for The University of Akron Football team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Gaining over three-hundred hours of experience training and coaching Division 1 football athletes in Neck, Back, and Core progression. Also, I was able to assist the Strength and Conditioning Staff with preparing certain football athletes for the NFL Combine and working along side the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in training and coaching NFL athletes. I am currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Barberton High School. I held my first Personal Training Certificate and Sport Nutrition Specialist Certificate through the ISSA. Then, I acquired my NCCA Personal Trainer Certificate and my NCCA Strength and Conditioning Certificate through The National Council on Strength and Fitness. I currently hold a specialty certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). My Coaching Philosophy is to make an impact on my clients and athletes, by holding them accountable, provide education, establish a healthy lifestyle, committing to their goals and above all, encourage positivity through fitness.
