I have been working for 10 years more in various fields of work such as planning production and inventory control in manufacturing company, vice president officer, procurement engineer. In short i have had a lot of experience in various field of work, but procurement is becoming my expert in recent years. This means i can quite understanding a company works and how to manage and improve its performance. I have the expertise of cost table logic, win-win negotiation, build a good partnership between supplier and customer, expert in ms. excel, manage big database, analysis the data to optimize the company benefit. Some achievement i have made such as build an integrated system in production planning so it can improve efficiency, high quality product, on time delivery, reducing defective goods and in the end is able to optimize production costs, then i also made many breakthrough such as standardization cost breakdown, price leveling, common goods, sourcing market intelligence in order to optimize raw material cost since this cost in general is taken approx. 70% from the cost component product. I also ever led a project of re-engineering product that is quite complicated which already stuck less 2 years. I'm currently running a automation project to easier manage and control the work that i handle today, the project automation will provide integrated system of planning request, ordering, maintaining database, management information, hot button automatically report output, based on this report we will map, analysis, take some strategy business operation and do some necessary improvement. my philosophy is there is no perfect working system but there is always better system, so do continuous improvement if not then alike you will be a loser.
