About Dafna Brooks

Since co-founding Brooks-Keret in 1997, I've been dedicated to building and nurturing the company's core services, including professional payroll and bookkeeping, finance, operations, and human resources. In the early stages, I focused on developing and expanding our professional infrastructure—establishing internal processes, operational methods, and cultivating a talented team to deliver outsourced payroll and bookkeeping services. My approach has always been centered on fostering a positive, confident, and respectful workplace atmosphere. I'm proud that Brooks-Keret has become a place many employees consider their professional home, reflecting our commitment to integrity, loyalty, and mutual care.As a certified Tax Consultant and Senior Payroll Controller, I hold a BA in Psychology and Education with honors from the Open University. Additionally, I'm certified as a Personal Life Coach and a facilitator by the Israeli Integrative Group Counseling. Within Brooks-Keret, I focus on mentoring and developing leadership and personal growth among our management and employees, enhancing their professional and personal life cycles.
