Over the years, I've worked with educators, managers, and professionals across various disciplines, including education, social work, law, and business, to foster effective communication, trust-building, and conflict management. I lead teams in developing tailored scenarios, creating feedback systems, and designing hands-on training for diverse groups.My work at Beit Berl College as the Director of the Simulation Center includes:Leading the identification of needs, designing simulations, and customizing workshop components such as questionnaires, presentations, and feedback systems.Training actors for simulations and preparing facilitators to guide diverse groups, focusing on intergroup dynamics and challenges.Conducting workshops in both Hebrew and English, and contributing to academic conferences on simulation and conflict resolution.Engaging with international educational institutions and researchers to exchange knowledge and best practices.Additionally, I bring strong leadership skills from my previous role as the Content Coordinator at Bar-Ilan University’s Simulation Center, where I worked on innovative teaching models, motivated teachers and students, and facilitated simulations across various fields, including law, social work, and government regulation.Earlier in my career, I gained substantial experience in educational and community programs, as well as corporate environments, where I developed content, facilitated group work, and trained teams. My roles have ranged from managing volunteer programs to leading software development teams at Amdocs.I hold a Master's in Conflict Resolution from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy. My diverse skill set, combined with my ability to foster collaboration and learning, enables me to create transformative training experiences for individuals and organizations alike.
