With extensive experience managing large-scale initiatives—most notably the KEFETA project, a $60 million USAID-funded effort aimed at empowering 2 million Ethiopian youth—I have a proven track record of developing robust M&E frameworks that lead to success. My expertise lies in data quality assurance, comprehensive data collection, and analysis, utilizing tools such as ODK, KOBO Toolbox, DHIS 2, and SPSS. Currently, I am leading the implementation of a comprehensive M&E plan at TaYA, where I am developing efficient data collection tools and conducting thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess project effectiveness. My commitment to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making equips project teams with essential M&E methodologies, ensuring alignment with evolving goals and objectives.
