About Dahlton Lang

Specializing in group, family and individual therapy with adolescents, I believe that each person has the ability to heal and better their own lives once provided with the right tools and judgement free, therapeutic support. Approaching each client with curiosity and compassion, I utilize a combination of EMDR techniques, mindfulness, SFT, DBT, CBT and effective communication skills along with elements of self-exploration and creative expression. While comfortable in treating adolescents from a wide variety of diagnoses, I specialize in treating symptoms of complex PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety and anger/aggression. I believe in meeting clients where they are, with authenticity and patience, to ensure positive therapeutic rapport while providing a safe space to explore, learn and simply be heard.
