As a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Qubiz, I empower agile software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client needs and expectations. I am responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, creating and maintaining functional specifications and project documentation, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies. In addition, I support both internal and external communication, manage and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, allocate resources, and assist with project planning. I work closely with the team to identify and remove impediments, adopt best practices, and continuously implement improvements. I have successfully delivered multiple projects across various domains, including warehouse management, energy, and healthcare, leveraging agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps. I’m passionate about delivering real value to clients and users by ensuring that software products are functional, reliable, and user-friendly.
