As a passionate and results-driven policy analyst, I specialize in legislative research, public policy, governance, and civic engagement with a focus on social justice and equity. With a strong academic foundation in political science and an unwavering commitment to public affairs, I have cultivated a unique blend of research expertise, strategic planning, and advocacy skills that span labor rights, election policy, civil rights protections, and international relations. 🧠 Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have led and contributed to impactful research initiatives in collaboration with Clark Atlanta University, Cornell University, and organizations such as the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, Fair Fight Action, and America Votes. My work includes developing data-driven policy recommendations, drafting legislative briefs, coordinating voter protection efforts, and conducting comprehensive outreach in historically marginalized communities. I am particularly proud of my efforts in promoting labor equity, protecting voting rights, and advancing civic education through grassroots engagement and bilingual outreach. In addition to research and policy, I thrive in leadership roles that allow me to mentor and empower others. As a Graduate Advisor for the Pre-Law Program and Board Member on multiple university-led global and political initiatives, I am committed to fostering the next generation of leaders through mentorship, academic advising, and global engagement. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Science at Clark Atlanta University, with aspirations of attending law school to further deepen my impact in the legal and policy arena.
