I began my career by overseeing software quality control in the development department of Japan's leading ERP package development company, a role that ingrained in me a meticulous approach to quality and excellence. Driven by a passion for transformation, I ventured into entrepreneurship with a vision to reshape the landscape of higher education. Recognizing the lack of enthusiasm among young professionals, I sought to revolutionize university education. This journey taught me the essence of ownership and leadership. Transitioning to a new chapter in my life, I moved to Indonesia to get married to my partner. This cross-cultural immersion opened doors to two unique professional endeavors. In the first, I managed all aspects of an E-commerce app's development, sales, consulting, and maintenance in a Japanese startup. In the second, I spearheaded the establishment of a local branch for a Japanese company, focusing on trading food ingredients. These experiences not only expanded my business acumen but also provided me with a profound understanding of Indonesia's diverse culture, spirituality, and commercial practices. Motivated by this rich background, I found my perfect fit at IDH. Here, I continue to manage app development, while my hands-on approach includes on-site user insights and feedback to back-office. My journey along the less-traveled path has nurtured a relentless positive work ethic and confidence in charting my own course.
