Currently, I serve as a trainer within our sales department, tasked with skill development for both our internal staff and partner company employees through our comprehensive training programs. Our area of expertise is creating training content primarily for Consumer Electronics Stores (CES). My role involves overseeing both onsite and online workshops, with a current emphasis on online delivery due to prevailing circumstances. In a previous role at our company-owned store, I held a variety of responsibilities ranging from sales and product support to inventory management and event operation support. In addition, I spent a decade affiliated with an announcement office, taking on roles such as a radio personality and event host. I maintain a persistent interest in ‘accessibility’ and am committed to integrating it into my everyday work. I focus not only on accessibility as a product feature but also as a means to create more inclusive environments.
