Formerly a Microsoft engineer with over 20 years’ in systems development, business analysis and project management, I currently balance two entrepreneurial projects in Japan. One is as business development manager for WalkMe, prospecting and building links to business partnerships in Japan and the other is as founder and bilingual IT consultant of my own concern, Access Lab LLC. I’ve successfully applied my wealth of product and systems development expertise, coupled with my strong leadership and visionary capabilities to establish and grow business within Japan. I am dynamic and energetic in my pursuit of successful completion of whatever I take on and I know how to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time. A clear communicator with incisive capacity to match presentation to target market requirements, I have contributed to closing multiple million-dollar + deals. A native Japanese speaker and fluent in English, I have over 10 years’ experience in multi-cultural settings and have spent 5 years living and working in Los Angeles. I am keen on senior, executive leadership roles where my unique blend of technical, leadership and business acumen can directly contribute to business growth and development within Japan.
