Background

About Daisy Amann

I am a dedicated and creative music professional with a strong academic foundation in music, having earned my undergraduate degree from Durham University and currently pursuing a Master's in Music Business at ICMP (Institute of Contemporary Music Performance). My journey in music has combined a deep understanding of artistry and composition with a growing expertise in the business side of the industry. I am passionate about connecting the dots between creative talent and strategic opportunities, whether in artist management, marketing, or innovative business solutions. In particular, I'm interested in A&R opportunities and would love to learn more about what it takes to identify and develop emerging talent. Additionally, I have experience as part of the Young Programmers program at Sage Gateshead, where I gained valuable insights into event planning and management. I have also been a part of the universities student-run radio station, Purple Radio, which gave me skills in content creation for example I had opportunities to interview music artists. Alongside my degree, I have also had a part-time job as a waitress, which helped me develop my communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. With my education and experience, I'm confident that I have the skills and passion to make a valuable contribution to any team. If you're interested in connecting or have any opportunities to share, I'd love to hear from you!
