In my current role as Program Coordinator at Outplacement Australia, I support individuals navigating the challenges of career transition. I’m proud to play a part in helping people regain clarity, confidence, and direction after redundancy. Whether it's coordinating seamless program delivery, liaising with clients, or ensuring each participant feels supported from day one, I bring empathy, responsiveness, and attention to detail to every interaction. Previously, I worked as an Executive Assistant in fast-paced fashion retail, where I honed my ability to manage high-pressure priorities, anticipate needs, and build trusted relationships with senior leadership. This experience deepened my understanding of the human side of business — and the power of clear systems, emotional intelligence, and calm execution. My earlier career in HR saw me contribute to meaningful initiatives like the rollout of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies that aimed to drive cultural change from the inside out. I'm drawn to work that’s human at its core and purposeful in its outcomes.
