Before becoming a design consultant and coach, I channeled my passion for design and sailing into leading a corporate team to extraordinary achievements. My company became a model for integrated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. What started as a mission to preserve a traditional craft and a small bindery in Italy evolved into a globally recognized luxury brand and product development company, supporting hundreds of skilled artisans in central Italy. The Sailing Your Business coaching framework, which I developed, has consistently proven effective. As a business owner and coach, I use sailing as a metaphor to guide individuals and teams toward significant milestones. I offer comprehensive services and team training, which can be conducted either in the office or aboard an America's Cup challenger in the stunning San Francisco Bay.
