I have over two years of experience in customer service and marketing roles, where I have developed skills such as time management, outstanding customer service, and organization. I have worked closely with service technicians, sales teams, and agents to provide valuable insights, sell plans, and handle calls. I have also created and executed marketing campaigns for quarterly community events, increasing client involvement and retention. I am very enthusiastic about working in a customer-focused environment, as I value building partnerships and working collaboratively with others.
