I’m a confident, analytical professional with over 3 years’ experience delivering data-driven insight within complex, regulated environments, now applying these skills in a commercial setting within the logistics sector. I specialise in turning large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making, performance improvement, and operational efficiency.I currently work as a Commercial Analyst at Kinaxia Logistics, supporting the sales and finance teams with commercial reporting, data analysis, and pricing and cost insight. In this role, I work hands-on with large datasets to support accurate performance reporting, data quality, and commercial decision-making, while developing a strong understanding of pricing structures, rate cards, customer data, and cost drivers within a multi-site logistics operation.Prior to this, I worked at Greater Manchester Police, progressing from Vetting Researcher to Intelligence Researcher and then into an Intelligence Analyst role. Across these positions, I developed strong experience in data analysis, performance reporting, investigative research, and stakeholder engagement, working at operational, tactical, and strategic levels within a highly regulated environment.A key strength of mine is data storytelling. I regularly build and maintain reporting products using Excel and Power BI, analyse trends and patterns, and communicate insight and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, practical, and audience-appropriate way. I enjoy working closely with non-technical stakeholders to help them understand what the data is telling them and how it can be used to support better decisions.My academic background in Psychology (BSc) and Psychoanalytic Observational Studies (PGDip) underpins my analytical approach, particularly in understanding behaviour, decision-making, and performance. I bring a strong governance mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in commercial performance, process improvement, and insight-led change.
