About Daisy Knox

I’m a Project Management Professional with 6+ years of experience guiding cross-functional teams, delivering complex IT initiatives, and turning business goals into measurable results. From driving $6M+ in first-year revenue on a single project to enhancing accessibility through FCC compliant tech, I thrive on solving problems, streamlining processes, and exceeding expectations. I bring a rare mix of technical fluency and people skills able to navigate server maintenance and application lifecycles just as easily as I can lead stakeholder meetings or mentor new talent. My toolkit includes Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, a mastery of tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Power BI, and a proven track record in risk management, change control, and continuous improvement. Whether I’m delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure upgrades, managing high-impact software deployments, or coaching the next generation of project leaders, my goal is the same: create solutions that work, last, and make life easier for the people who use them. Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution without losing sight of the human element.
