About Daisy Langhorne

I’m an events and operations specialist with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale programmes that connect people, spark learning, and drive long-term growth. From intimate leadership dinners to ceremonies celebrating hundreds of learners, I’ve built and scaled events and communities that leave a lasting impact. My work has focused on tech, education, and membership organisations, always rooted in a belief that strong communities fuel both personal development and organisational success. What I do best: Building communities of practice that sustain engagement beyond the event itself Designing data-driven strategies that demonstrate measurable impact Creating high-quality experiences that balance logistical excellence with creativity Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving
