I have built a dynamic and progressive career starting in accounts payable and receivable management, where I developed a strong foundation in financial processes and attention to detail. This evolved into broader roles in business support, administration, and project work, where I managed a variety of responsibilities including debtor management, My Aged Care client administration, and financial oversight for programs such as Out of School Hours care and Retirement Village Living. These roles have given me extensive experience in client service, compliance, and system management. Most recently, I transitioned into the community services sector as a Caseworker for domestic violence, where I supported vulnerable individuals by processing Escaping Violence Program (EVP) payments and ensuring timely access to critical financial assistance. Throughout my career, I’ve combined strong administrative and financial skills with a deep commitment to client care and service delivery.
