As a compliance specialist at Wells Fargo, I have been monitoring and supporting a risk-based compliance program, ensuring its effectiveness and adherence to regulations. I have also assisted in reporting, escalating, and resolving issues, deficiencies, and regulatory matters related to compliance risk management. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, I was a dedicated educator with 9 years of experience, teaching Chinese, math, science, and social studies to students of various grades and backgrounds. I was proficient in translating a wide range of English educational resources into Chinese immersion teaching materials, ensuring accuracy and linguistic precision. Additionally, I collaborated closely with school colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in risk management, communication, surveillance, presentation, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
