I am part of the Accertify Client Success organization. My main responsibility is to implement third party data validation services and other add-on projects for existing Accertify clients. I have both business and technical skills combined with a great understanding of card-not-present fraud. In my previous role as customer support associate, I assisted customers with Interceptas problems. I provided technical and product support, assisting customers and clients with a variety of setups, diagnosing and solving technical problems, and providing consultations with excellent customer service. I am also an experienced Senior Fraud Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the fraud detection and prevention services industry.
