About Daisy Xu

She gained bachelor's degree on Finance and Insurance major in Beijing University of Science and Technology and attended the Corporate Business Administration courses in Peking University. She also gained bachelor's degree on finance and accounting, master degree on accounting and business administration at Northeastern University in US. She has worked in MINSHENG Bank (which ranks third concerning the overall strength in all commercial banks in China)for 8 years,which gives her plenty experience.She has not only independent working abilities but also strong leadership and creativity. She became the Vice President in the bank at 24 years old, the youngest ever in the history of the bank. At the beginning of 2011, faced with a serious shrinkage of market in iron and steel industry in Beijing,She recovered the loan of one billion, making great contribution for branches and headquarters.She was highly praised in the industry when she recorded a programme for the first time about how to help mid and small enterprises to raise funds in prime time news hours on CCTV-2.It is her responsibility and enthusiasm in work that make her stand out. She has made business connection and friends in over 40 countries and 120 cities around the world. The different cultures and people she has met along the way have mad her a more accepting and diverse individual. She is able to think from different perspectives, empathize with the people she is speaking to, and understand the global market completely because she has experienced it firsthand. She is also passionate about sports. Golf is her favorite and it is the best way to balance the heavy load of job and life. In addition, she loves most of adventure sport such as snow-boarding, skydiving and scuba-diving. In the eyes of many,She is a girl full of optimism, aggressive and integrity.
